SPRING SCHEDULE

Hala's classes flow to sacred music that ranges from traditional chants to ambient grooves & tribal rhythms. Her foundation in Ashtanga and Iyengaryoga as well as Somatic Psychology are apparent in her style, which is unique, informative, creative and playful. She is an authentic and generous teacher who strives to make everyone feel at home in their bodies regardless of ability or age.
